RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Viyom Lifestyles, we want you to be delighted with your furniture purchase. Therefore, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any products, including all furniture. Please ensure that the product dimensions fit through entryways and in your room before placing an order.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS:
If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, contact us within 24 hours at hello@viyomlifestyles.com or via phone at +91 9909037951. We will make every effort to correct the issue on-site. However, if correction is not possible, or If any part needs to be replaced, we will do so, but we will not exchange the complete product. (Kindly note that while unboxing the products, make a video where the product is clearly visible.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once your order is confirmed with payment received, no cancellation or refund will be provided. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the same account from which payment was received within 15 days.

CHANGE IN POLICY TERMS:
