VL.T&C – I | RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
"www.viyomlifestyles.com" is for the sole use of individuals and entities wishing to review, consider, purchase, or otherwise engage in the products and services availed by Viyom Lifestyles, provided they are above 18 years of age or in any other way eligible by law. The individual/entity cannot transmit malicious content or code of a destructive nature. Breach/violation of any of the terms will result in immediate termination of access to our site and services.

Return Request: Items / Products cannot be returned once the order is placed and payment is made.
Exchange Request: Exchange requests shall not be accepted unless the product received is damaged and/or faulty and/or has a manufacturing defect or if the product received differs completely from the one ordered in the first place.
Cancellation Request: In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 20% of the order value as a restocking fee.

The order may be considered cancelled in the following cases:

• Invalid/Incomplete address cases.
• The customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
• Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
• The customer uses an invalid email and phone number.
• Overuse of a voucher/coupon code.
• Use of a special voucher / coupon not tagged to the email ID used.
• The customer refuses to pay for an order.
• The customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.

Accounts for such customers may be blocked by viyomlifestyles.com.

Viyom Lifestyles, if ever, comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information, Viyom Lifestyles shall have the right to rectify the same or 2cancel the order(s) and refund your money, if any, collected from the customer within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will remain the same through which the payment was received by Viyom Lifestyles.

Occasionally there may be content on the viyomlifestyles.com website or in the Service that contains technical, typographical, or photographic errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
